As part of a fairly large team of technician onsite, my duties included but not limited to:

Prepare, rig and de-rig AV, VC and IT equipment prior to events throughout the venue, and resolving any and all technical issues.

Provide a high quality technical service in terms of set ups/de-rigs and client facing responsibilities,

providing technical lead to other team members and train, support end users.

Locate faults and provide first fix resolutions, prepare equipment for events, meetings.
